The only way to enter a filename is to pass one on the command-line as far as I know.
SyncDraw is not under active development, though it may be picked up again in the future. SyncDraw was originally a port of MysticDraw, and the author of that has recently done a replacement named [IcyDraw](https://github.com/mkrueger/icy_tools/blob/master/crates/icy_draw/REA DME.md).
