    Title: Frozen Mocha Marbled Loaf
    Categories: Cookies, Cheese, Dairy, Chocolate
    Yield: 12 servings

    20 Oreo cookies; fine crushed
    3 tb Butter; melted
    8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    14 oz Can sweetened condensed
    - milk
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    2 c Heavy whipping cream;
    - whipped
    2 tb Instant coffee granules
    1 tb Hot water
    1/2 c Chocolate syrup

    Line a 9" X 5" loaf pan with foil. In a bowl, combine
    the cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto the
    bottom and 1 1/2" up the sides of prepared pan.

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and
    fluffy. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Fold in
    whipped cream. Spoon half of the mixture into another
    bowl and set aside. Dissolve coffee in hot water; fold
    into remaining cream cheese mixture. Fold in chocolate
    syrup.

    Spoon half of the chocolate mixture over crust. Top with
    half of the reserved cream cheese mixture. Repeat
    layers. Cut through layers with a knife to swirl the
    chocolate (pan will be full). Cover and freeze for 6
    hours or overnight.

    To serve, lift out of the pan; remove foil. Cut into
    slices.

    Title: Spicy Potatoes w/Garlic Aioli
    Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables, Chilies, Herbs, Sauces
    Yield: 10 servings

    3 lb Medium Yukon Gold potatoes;,
    - in 1 1/2" cubes
    2 tb Olive oil
    2 cl Garlic; minced
    2 tb Smoked paprika
    2 ts Garlic powder
    1 1/2 ts Chilli spice mix
    1 1/2 ts Ground cumin
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
    1/8 ts Pepper

    MMMMM---------------------------AIOLI--------------------------------
    1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
    3 tb Lemon juice
    3 Garlic cloves, minced
    1 tb Minced fresh chives; plus
    - add'l for topping
    1 ts Red wine vinegar
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper

    Set oven @ 375oF/190oC.

    Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; add water to cover.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, 8-10
    minutes or until just tender. Drain; pat dry with paper
    towels. Transfer potatoes to a mixing bowl. Toss
    potatoes in oil and minced garlic to coat evenly.

    Combine the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin,
    salt, pepper flakes and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Gently toss to coat. Transfer potatoes to 2 greased
    15x10x1-in. baking pans, spreading into a single layer.
    Bake until crispy, about 25 minutes, stirring potatoes
    and rotating pans halfway through cooking.

    For aioli, combine ingredients until blended. Transfer
    potatoes to a serving platter; sprinkle with chives.
    Serve warm with aioli.
