    Title: Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
    Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Pasta, Sauces
    Yield: 20 servings

    2 lb Ground beef
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    3 1/2 c Spaghetti sauce
    16 oz Spiral pasta; cooked,
    - drained
    4 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
    8 oz Sliced pepperoni

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
    until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti
    sauce and pasta.

    Transfer to 2 greased 13" X 9" baking dishes. Sprinkle
    with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top.

    Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

    Title: Potato Salad w/Bacon
    Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Vegetables, Herbs
    Yield: 12 servings

    2 1/2 lb Small red potatoes; in 1"
    - pieces
    3 ts Salt
    1 lb Sliced bacon; fine chopped
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    3 Celery ribs; fine chopped
    2 c Mayonnaise
    2 tb Dijon or yellow mustard
    3/4 ts Dill weed
    1/2 ts Celery salt
    1/4 ts Celery seed

    Place potatoes in a 6-qt. stockpot; add water to cover.
    Add salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered,
    until potatoes are tender, 12-15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium
    heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a
    slotted spoon and drain on paper towels; reserve 4
    tablespoons bacon drippings. Cook and stir onion in
    reserved drippings until browned, 6-8 minutes.

    Reserve 1/4 cup cooked bacon for topping. Add onion,
    drippings, celery and remaining bacon to potatoes.

    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings.
    Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate,
    covered, until chilled, about 1 hour. Just before
    serving, sprinkle with reserved bacon.
