    Title: Easy Ziti Bake
    Categories: Pasta, Beef, Sauces, Cheese
    Yield: 7 servings

    12 oz Uncooked ziti or small tube
    - pasta
    2 lb Ground beef
    24 oz Jar spaghetti sauce
    2 lg Eggs, beaten
    15 oz Ricotta cheese
    2 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese;
    - divided
    1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
    longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce.

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, ricotta cheese, 1-1/2
    cups mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese. Drain
    pasta; add to cheese mixture and stir until blended.

    Spoon a third of the meat sauce into a greased 13x9-in.
    baking dish; top with half of the pasta mixture. Repeat
    layers. Top with remaining meat sauce.

    Cover and bake 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads
    160°. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella
    cheese. Bake 5 - 10 minutes longer or until cheese is
    melted. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

    Title: Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes
    Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables, Herbs, Dairy
    Yield: 10 servings

    4 lb Yukon Gold potatoes; peeled,
    - diced
    8 oz Cream cheese; diced,
    - softened
    1/2 c Butter; in cubes
    1 c Sour cream
    1/3 c Heavy whipping cream
    3 tb Minced fresh chives
    1 tb Minced fresh parsley
    3 cl Garlic; minced
    1 ts Minced fresh thyme
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper

    Place potatoes and water to cover in a 6-qt. stockpot;
    bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, until
    tender, 10-15 minutes. Drain potatoes; return to pot.
    Mash potatoes, gradually adding cream cheese and butter.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Transfer to a greased 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker. Cook,
    covered, on low to allow flavors to blend, 2-3 hours.
