    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Chicken Broccoli Casserole
    Categories: Five, Poultry, Vegetabes, Breads, Cheese
    Yield: 6 Servings

    6 oz Box chicken stuffing mix
    2 c Diced, cooked chicken
    1 c Broccoli florets; thawed
    10 3/4 oz Can broccoli cheese soup;
    - undiluted
    1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions,
    using only 1 1/2 cups water.

    In large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli and soup;
    transfer to a greased 11" X 7" baking dish. Top with
    stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, 20
    minutes. Uncover; bake until heated through, 10-15
    minutes longer.

    Title: Sweet Potatoes Au Gratin
    Categories: Potatoes, Dairy, Cheese, Herbs
    Yield: 6 servings

    2 lg Uncooked sweet potatoes;
    - peeled, sliced 1/4" thick
    1 lg Egg
    2 c Heavy whipping cream
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
    pn Pepper
    3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
    Minced fresh thyme; opt

    Place potatoes in a greased 8" square baking dish. In a
    bowl, beat egg. Add cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper; mix
    well. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake,
    uncovered, @ 375ºF/190ºC until the potatoes are tender,
    40-45 minutes. If desired, top with fresh thyme to
    serve.
