    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Chicken Liver & Spaghetti Bake
    Categories: Poultry, Beef, Offal, Pasta, Chilies
    Yield: 3 Servings

    3/4 lb Hamburger
    2 sm Onions; chopped
    1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
    2 tb Oil
    15 oz Can of tomatoes
    6 oz Tomato paste
    1 ts Ground basil
    1 ts Chilli spice
    1 ts Salt
    1 lb Chicken livers; cut up
    1 tb Melted butter
    1/2 lb Thin spaghetti

    Simmer hamburger, onions, green pepper and oil until
    meat has lost red color. Sieve tomatoes and add with
    tomato paste and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 1
    hour.

    Simmer livers and butter for 10 minutes and add to
    meat mixture. Cook spaghetti, drain and place in a
    2 quart dish. Pour on meat sauce and toss lightly.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Title: Lemon, Oil, And Honey Dressing
    Categories: Salad, Dressings
    Yield: 4 Servings

    4 tb Sunflower oil
    2 tb Lemon juice
    1 tb Clear honey
    1 1/2 tb Fresh mint -OR-
    1 ts Dried mint (optional)

    You can blend these in a blender or food processor, or heat the honey
    gently until it is thin enough to blend in with the other
    ingredients. This dressing is good for salads containing sweet
    vegetables, for example, carrots, beets, fennel.

    Title: Sweet Salad Dressing Mix
    Categories: Master mix
    Yield: 1 Servings

    1/3 c Sugar
    1 t Salt
    1 t Paprika
    1 t Instant Minced Onion
    1 t Dry Mustard
    1 t Celery Seed

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Put mixture
    in a foil packet or 1-pint glass jar and label as Sweet Salad
    Dressing Mix. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 months.

    Makes about 1/2 cup of mix.

    Sweet Salad Dressing: Combine mix, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1/4 cup
    vinegar in a glass jar. Stir until well blended; chill. Makes about
    1 1/4 cups of dressing.
