    Title: Holiday Salad
    Categories: Greens, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Citrus
    Yield: 14 servings

    10 c Torn romaine
    2 md Red apples; cored, diced
    2 md Pear; cored, diced
    1 c Shredded Ementhal (Swiss)
    - cheese
    1/2 c Dried cranberries
    6 tb Lemon juice
    3 tb Canola oil
    3 tb Light corn syrup
    1 1/2 ts Grated onion
    1 1/2 ts Dijon mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c Chopped, lightly salted
    - cashews

    In a salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients.

    For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil,
    corn syrup, onion, mustard and salt. Pour over romaine
    mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cashews.

    Title: Rhubarb Crunch
    Categories: Desserts
    Yield: 1 Batch

    8 c Rhubarb; diced
    Water; boiling
    1 c Brown sugar
    1 c Flour
    1 c Oatmeal
    1 c Butter
    3 c Sugar
    1/2 c Flour

    Cover rhubarb with boiling water; let stand 10 minutes. While
    soaking, mix together brown sugar, 1 cup flour, oatmeal, and
    butter until crumbly. Drain rhubarb; mix in sugar and 1/2 cup
    flour. Pour into sprayed pan; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350^0F until brown, about 1 hour.

    Title: Beanie Weenies
    Categories: Five, Beans, Pork, Breads
    Yield: 8 servings

    1 cn (16 ounces) brown bread
    2 ts Butter
    10 Hot dogs; sliced
    28 oz Can maple & bacon-flavored
    - baked beans

    Set oven @ 300ºF/150ºC.

    Slice brown bread into 8 portions; place onto a greased
    baking sheet. Bake according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium
    heat. Add hot dog slices; cook and stir until browned.
    Add baked beans; heat through.

    Serve in bowls with a slice of baked bread.
