    Title: Champagne Shrimp Salad In A Filo Cup
    Categories: Appetisers, Seafood, Dairy, Vegetables, Pastry
    Yield: 8 servings

    3 oz Champagne mustard
    3 ts Dijon mustard
    3 ts Champagne vinegar
    2 oz Mayonnaise
    2 1/2 oz Sour cream
    1/2 c Fine diced celery
    1/4 c Fine diced red onion
    1 lb Cooked shrimp
    Salt & white pepper
    Fine chopped dill; garnish
    1/2 c Fine diced cucumbers;
    - garnish
    Filo cups

    Toss all ingredients above except for the garnish and
    filo cups; set aside in refrigerator until party time.

    When ready to serve, slightly warm filo cups for a few
    minutes in a 200°F/93°C oven. Fill filo cups with shrimp
    salad. Put some cucumber on top and sprinkle with dill.

    Top these classic appetizers with chives, or for some
    festive color, try some finely diced red pepper,

    Title: Peach Pound Cake
    Categories: Cakes, Fruits, Desserts
    Yield: 16 servings

    1 c Butter; softened
    2 c Sugar
    6 lg Eggs; room temp
    1 ts Almond extract
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    3 c A-P flour
    1/4 ts Baking soda
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 c Sour cream
    2 c Diced peaches; fresh or
    - frozen
    Whipped cream; opt

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Grease and flour a 10" fluted tube (bundt) pan. In a
    large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and
    fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well
    after each addition. Beat in extracts. Combine flour,
    baking soda and salt; add to batter alternately with
    sour cream, beating well after each addition. Fold in
    peaches.

    Pour into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted
    in the center comes out clean, 60-70 minutes. Cool for
    10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to
    cool completely. If desired, serve with whipped cream
    and additional peaches.
