    Title: Turkey Avocado Sandwich w/Gouda Spread
    Categories: Poultry, Fruits, Cheese, Vegetables, Breads
    Yield: 2 servings

    1/2 c Shredded, smoked Gouda
    Cheese
    4 ts Mayonnaise
    1 tb Thin sliced green onion
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper
    4 sl Whole wheat bread; toasted
    2 ts Butter; softened
    Romaine leaves
    4 sl Tomato
    4 oz Sliced, deli smoked turkey
    1/2 md Ripe avocado

    Mix first 5 ingredients. Spread 2 slices of toast with
    butter, then with cheese mixture. Layer with lettuce,
    tomato and turkey.

    Peel and mash avocado; spread over remaining 2 slices of
    toast. Place toast, avocado side down, over turkey.

    Title: Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
    Categories: Vegetables, Fruits, Beef, Rice, Citrus
    Yield: 6 servings

    MMMMM------------------------TOMATO SAUCE-----------------------------
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    1 md Head cabbage; coarse chopped
    - (8 c)
    28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
    - undrained
    1 cn (8 ounces) tomato sauce
    1 c Water
    1/4 c Lemon juice
    1/3 c Raisins

    MMMMM-------------------------MEATBALLS------------------------------
    1/2 c Uncooked long grain rice
    1 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1 lb Lean ground beef

    In a large skillet, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to
    a boil; reduce heat and simmer.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the rice,
    Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over
    rice mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 36
    balls, about 1 1/4" in diameter. Add to simmering sauce.

    Cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until the cabbage
    is tender. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer or
    until sauce is thickened.
