    Title: Stuffing Crust Turkey Potpie
    Categories: Breads, Poultry, Vegetables, Potatoes, Dairy
    Yield: 6 servings

    2 c Cooked cornbread stuffing
    3 tb (to 4 tb) chicken broth
    2 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c Turkey gravy
    2 c Diced, cooked turkey
    1 c Broccoli florets; thawed
    1/2 c Shredded Ementhal (Swiss)
    - cheese
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    2 c Mashed potatoes
    1/4 c Half & Half cream
    2 tb Butter; melted
    1/2 c French-fried onions; opt

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    In a small bowl, combine stuffing and enough broth to
    reach desired moistness; press onto the bottom and up
    the sides of a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Bake
    until lightly browned, 10-15 minutes.

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and gravy until
    smooth. Stir in the turkey, broccoli, Swiss cheese, salt
    and pepper. Spoon over crust.

    In a small bowl, combine potatoes and cream; spread over
    turkey mixture. Drizzle with butter. If desired,
    sprinkle with onions. Bake until heated through and
    lightly browned, 20-25 minutes.

    Title: Hot Bacon Cheese Dip
    Categories: Pork, Cheese, Vegetables, Dairy
    Yield: 4 cups

    16 oz Cream cheese; in cubes
    4 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c Half & Half cream
    2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1 ts Dried minced onion
    1 ts Prepared mustard
    16 sl Bacon (1 lb); crisp cooked,
    - crumbled
    Tortilla chips or toasted
    - French bread slices; as
    - dippers

    In a 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6
    ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or
    until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally.

    Just before serving, stir in bacon. If desired, top with
    crumbled bacon.

    Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
