    Title: Turkey-Sweet Potato Soup
    Categories: Potatoes, Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs, Dairy
    Yield: 4 servings

    2 md Sweet potatoes; peeled,
    - diced
    2 c Water
    2 ts Chicken bouillon granules
    14 3/4 oz Can cream-style corn
    1 tb Minced fresh sage
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1 tb Cornstarch
    1 c Milk
    2 c Diced, cooked turkey

    In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water and
    bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, covered,
    until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes.

    Stir in corn, sage and pepper; heat through. In a small
    bowl, mix cornstarch and milk until smooth; stir into
    soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened,
    1-2 minutes. Stir in turkey; heat through.

    Title: Icebox Cake
    Categories: Five, Chocolate, Dairy, Desserts
    Yield: 10 servings

    2 c Heavy whipping cream
    2 tb Confectioners' sugar
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    40 Thin chocolate wafers
    Chocolate curls; opt

    In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Add
    sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff. Spread heaping
    teaspoons on the cookies. Make 6 stacks of cookies; turn
    stacks on edge and place on a serving platter, forming a
    14" long cake.

    Frost top and sides with remaining whipped cream. If
    desired, garnish with chocolate curls. Refrigerate
    before serving, 4-6 hours.
