    Title: Turkey Biscuit Skillet
    Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Breads, Dairy
    Yield: 6 servings

    1 tb Butter
    1/3 c Chopped onion
    1/4 c A-P flour
    10 1/2 oz Can condensed chicken broth;
    - undiluted
    1/4 c Milk
    1/8 ts Pepper
    2 c Diced, cooked turkey
    10 oz Box peas & carrots; thawed
    12 oz Tube refrigerated buttermilk
    Biscuits; quartered

    Set oven @ 400oF/205oC.

    Melt butter in a 10" cast-iron or other ovenproof
    skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir
    until tender, 2-3 minutes.

    In a small bowl, mix flour, broth, milk and pepper until
    smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil, stirring
    constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
    Add the turkey and frozen vegetables; heat through.
    Arrange biscuits over stew. Bake until biscuits are
    golden brown, 15-20 minutes.

    Title: Crispy Potato Pancakes
    Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables
    Yield: 2 servings

    2 md Potatoes; peeled
    1 lg Egg
    1/3 c Chopped onion
    1 tb A-P flour
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    Oil

    Finely grate potatoes; drain any liquid. Place potatoes
    in a large bowl. Add egg, onion, flour, salt, pepper and
    garlic powder; mix well.

    In a large skillet, heat 1/8" oil over medium heat. Drop
    batter by 1/4 cupfuls; press lightly to flatten. Fry
    until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
