    Title: Slow-Cooked Turkey Sandwiches
    Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Vegetables, Breads
    Yield: 18 servings

    6 c Diced, cooked turkey
    2 c Diced Velveeta
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
    - undiluted
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
    - undiluted
    1/2 c Fine chopped onion
    1/2 c Chopped celery
    18 Wheat sandwich buns; split

    In a 4 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low until vegetables are tender and
    cheese is melted, 3-4 hours. Stir mixture; spoon 1/2
    cup onto each bun.

    Title: Macaroni & Cheese Pie
    Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Dairy, Pastry
    Yield: 6 servings

    2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese;
    - divided
    1 c Uncooked elbow macaroni
    4 lg Eggs
    1/8 ts Dry mustard
    2 1/4 c Milk
    1/2 c Biscuit baking mix
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper

    Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.

    Grease a 9" deep dish pie plate.

    In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups cheese and
    macaroni; sprinkle into pie plate.

    Place remaining ingredients, except remaining 1/4 cup
    cheese, in a blender jar and blend until smooth about 15
    seconds on high speed (or 1 minute in a large bowl with
    a hand mixer). Pour into pie plate.

    Bake about 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in
    center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup
    cheese. Bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese
    is melted.

    Cool 10 minutes then cut into wedges.
