    Title: Dinner In A Bag
    Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Chilies, Pasta
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    29 oz (2 cans) stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c Dried minced onion
    1 ts Salt
    1 ts Chilli spice mix
    1/2 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Sugar
    1 c Uncooked elbow macaroni

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
    longer pink; drain. Add the tomatoes, seasonings and
    sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5
    minutes.

    Stir in macaroni; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Uncover; simmer until macaroni is tender and sauce is
    thickened.

    Categories: African
    Yield: 4 Servings

    3 c Dark greens; shredded
    1 tb Peanut oil; for saut'eing
    3 c Water
    1 tb Flour; dissolved in:
    Water; cold
    2 c Cooked lima beans or other
    - white beans
    2 tb Roasted peanuts; ground or
    - finely crushed
    Salt; to taste
    Black pepper;
    - freshly milled; to taste

    In a heavy saucepan, saut'e greens in oil briefly and cover with
    water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Gradually add the
    flour, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the other
    ingredients and simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
