    Title: Pork Chops w/Apples & Stuffing

    Yield: 6 servings

    6 Boneless pork loin chops (6
    - oz ea)
    1 tb Oil
    6 oz Box crushed stuffing mix
    21 oz Can apple pie filling
    - w/cinnamon
    Minced fresh parsley; opt

    In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over
    medium-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according
    to package directions. Spread pie filling into a greased
    13" X 9" baking dish. Place the pork chops on top; spoon
    stuffing over chops.

    Cover and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 35 minutes. Uncover;
    bake until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°,
    about 10 minutes longer. If desired, sprinkle with
    parsley.

    Title: White Chocolate Bark
    Categories: Five, Candy, Fruits, Nuts
    Yield: 2 Pounds

    1 tb Butter; melted
    24 oz (2 pkg) white baking chips
    1 1/2 c Walnut halves
    1 c Dried cranberries
    1/4 ts Ground nutmeg

    Line a 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan with foil. Brush with
    butter. Microwave white chips on high until melted; stir
    until smooth. Stir in walnuts, cranberries and nutmeg.
    Spread into prepared pan. Chill until firm. Break into
    pieces.
