    Title: Curry Scramble
    Categories: Eggs, Dairy, Curry, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    8 lg Eggs
    1/4 c Milk
    1/2 ts Curry powder
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Ground cardamom; opt
    2 md Tomatoes; sliced or chopped

    In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, curry powder, salt,
    pepper and, if desired, cardamom until blended.

    Place a lightly greased large nonstick skillet over
    medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until
    eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Serve with
    tomatoes.

    Title: Grilled Honey-Balsamic Glazed Fruit
    Categories: Five, Fruits
    Yield: 6 servings

    1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c Honey
    ds Salt
    6 md Peaches or nectarines;
    - halved, pitted
    Vanilla ice cream; opt

    In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, honey and salt;
    cook and stir over low heat until blended, 2-3 minutes.
    Reserve 1/3 cup mixture for brushing peaches.

    Bring remaining mixture to a boil over medium heat; cook
    and stir just until mixture begins to thicken slightly
    (do not overcook), 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Brush peaches with some of the reserved balsamic
    mixture. Grill, covered, on an greased rack over medium
    heat until caramelized, brushing occasionally with
    remaining reserved balsamic mixture, 6-8 minutes on each
    side. Serve with glaze and, if desired, ice cream.
